1、what is “IC OSINT Strategy 2024-2026”？

The IC OSINT Strategy 2024-2026 is a comprehensive plan that outlines the goals and objectives of the Intelligence Community (IC) in leveraging Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to support national security decisions and protect the interests of the United States. The strategy comprises four strategic focus areas: Coordinate Open Source Data Acquisition and Expand Sharing, Establish Integrated Open Source Collection Management, Drive OSINT Innovation To Deliver New Capabilities, and Develop the Next-Generation OSINT Workforce and Tradecraft. The strategy also recognizes the importance of effective governance and partnerships with industry, academia, and foreign counterparts. The OSINT Functional Manager will lead implementation of the strategy, and the IC OSINT Strategy will be reviewed annually and updated with an iterative action plan.
